We want our service to be fair and transparent. This policy explains how payments and refunds work.
Each payment covers one month (31 days) of advertising management. There is no subscription and no automatic billing — you pay once, and you choose whether to renew the following month.
Once you pay, we begin work right away: strategy, ad creatives, account setup, and campaign launch. Because this work is performed and delivered within your paid month, payments are generally non-refundable after campaigns have been set up or launched.
If you pay but change your mind before we have set up or launched any campaigns (and before partner access work has begun), email us within 48 hours and we'll issue a full refund.
If your campaigns run continuously for 14 days at our recommended minimum ad spend ($20/day or more) and you receive zero leads, your next month of management is free. This requires that onboarding was completed and partner access was granted so campaigns could actually launch.
The guarantee is offered instead of a cash refund, because ad spend paid to Meta is outside our control and is not refundable by us.
Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta from your own ad account. We never handle it, and it is subject to Meta's own refund rules, not ours.
